I am delighted to see such fine crafsmanship. A great collaberation between the arts. I’d like to know more about the fabric used & if the fasteners are modern or vintage and where Katie gets her inspiration from.
Katie: Most of the fabric is modern supplied, satin matte, thats been distressed. It was a costume made in a little less then a week for a Costume Design class project. it was inspired by the Coen Brothers short play about hell and waiting for death. everything was hand done, including the dying, and distressing. Glad you like it!!
